1. Working and Grow with people

I want to start with the people. This is the most important peace in my portfolio. There was no other project that gave me so much joy and satisfaction than working with such a talented group of designers. Seeing them grow, solve problems and have exciting expectations is my greatest achievement. I learned so much from this group! 

2. DAZNBet Platform Lunch. 

I had great pleasure and satisfaction in being involved in shaping a new Sportsbook and Casino platform for DAZN. It was a contract whose scope was to translate the DAZN brand into the gaming and betting platform. In the process, we ended with 2 versions where one was selected and implemented. The current platform has not changed much. I am very happy to see it live. 

3. UX Strategy

A big chunk of my work was to build a user-driver culture at Mansion. Over the year I was implementing a strategy whose aim was to move the UX maturity ladder on level up. It was not easy from the beginning, but we had a strategy of small wins. Converting people and proving to them that applying UX processes and having trust in them is key to the success. 

4. Mansion Milestones

This year we worked so much on improving the UX and UI of the platform. The team and designers involved put lots of hours passion and energy into the bellows project. It is impossible to map all the work in a couple of slides where we see just the end projects. Behind each of them is a great story and lots of iteration. What you see below is my team effort. I helped with inspiring, mentoring, coordinating and designing. 

5. Design System

There is no product design team without a good design system. From the first day we had it. It became a core tool for our team. We were able to design faster and more accurately. It helped junior designers get up to speed and provide high-quality content from day one. 

6. Contiunes Discovery progmar 

It is not fair to give only one paragraph for this initiative. We understand user research is a fundamental part of the design process and decision-making. We spent tons of time during user interviews, usability testing, heatmap reviews, session recordings, analysing surveys and documenting all the findings in a comprehensive form for the stakeholders. I am working on a proper way to present our workshop in a dedicated article.
